Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused salesperson to join our retail team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for driving in-store sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets. The ideal candidate has retail or sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to serving customers and contributing to store performance.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers proactively to identify needs, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions that lead to sales.

Achieve personal and store sales targets by improving conversion rates, increasing average transaction value, and maximizing units per sale.

Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Maintain current product knowledge, including promotions, pricing, and new arrivals, to support effective selling and upselling.

Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and electronic payments following company procedures, and ensure transaction accuracy.

Support merchandising and visual presentation standards by restocking, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor clean, safe, and well-presented.

Assist with inventory activities, receiving shipments, and reporting stock discrepancies to store management.

Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and product briefings to continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to support promotions, events, and a positive team environment.

Adhere to company policies, loss-prevention procedures, and health and safety guidelines at all times.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred; recent graduates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.

Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
