Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, and delivering a high-quality in-store experience while representing the company professionally. The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English, and a friendly, solutions-oriented approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers promptly, assess needs, and recommend products and solutions that match customer requirements and company offerings.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and accurately to support purchasing decisions.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, relationship building, and follow-up.
Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments securely.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, pricing, and company policies to advise customers effectively.
Support visual merchandising, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Participate in inventory counts, stock receiving, and loss-prevention procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
Collaborate with store colleagues and management to support promotions, events, and store objectives.
Adhere to all company policies, health and safety guidelines, and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in a similar product category.
Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and/or English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a strong customer-first mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns calmly and effectively.
Basic numeracy and experience operating POS systems and handling cash or electronic payments accurately.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by store operations.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting for merchandising tasks.
Team-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
