Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Jeddah. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering an excellent in-store experience. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, solution-oriented approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide product recommendations that align with customer requirements and company offerings.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and accurately to support purchasing decisions.

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and relationship building.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and company policies.

• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Support visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Follow up with customers as appropriate to drive repeat business and manage customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with store colleagues and management to support promotional activities, inventory counts, and store goals.

• Adhere to all company policies, loss-prevention procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment.

• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and/or English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate a customer-first mindset.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.

• Basic numeracy and experience handling cash and POS systems accurately.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required for merchandising tasks.

• Team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
