Join Nice One as a Salesperson in Dammam to drive customer acquisition, build relationships, and support retail and field sales activities. Primary Responsibilities – Deliver sales results and exceptional customer service
Engage with customers in-store and in the field to present products and services, explain features and benefits, and close sales to meet individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service, responding to inquiries, and following up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement within Dammam; maintain and grow a local customer base.
Demonstrate product knowledge and stay informed about promotions, pricing, and competitor activity to position offerings effectively.
Process transactions accurately using company systems, handle cash and card payments per procedures, and ensure proper documentation of sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales goals, report results to the sales supervisor, and contribute ideas for improving sales performance.
Collaborate with store staff, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, visual merchandising standards, and smooth customer experiences.
Participate in training sessions, product launches, and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills – Customer-oriented with strong communication
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales, retail, or business is a plus.
Proven experience in retail or field sales is preferred; motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections professionally, and close sales with a customer-first approach.
Comfortable using mobile devices and point-of-sale systems; basic numeracy and accuracy handling transactions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for field visits within Dammam.
Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and occasional evenings as required.
