Job Purpose
Represent the company in Hafer Albatin by managing store operations, driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving revenue and performance targets. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing store productivity, leading the store team, and maintaining compliance with company policies to maximize customer satisfaction and store performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate store team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet individual and store sales targets.

Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and reconciliation.

Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to drive traffic and increase conversion and average transaction value.

Ensure product availability through effective inventory management: monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate replenishment and transfers with distribution centers.

Maintain visual merchandising standards, organize product displays, and ensure the store is clean, safe, and welcoming.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly and professionally, and escalate issues when necessary to protect customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Monitor store KPIs (sales, conversion, average basket, shrinkage) and prepare regular performance reports; implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage schedules, timekeeping, and performance reviews to ensure adequate coverage and high team engagement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, cash control procedures, and loss prevention practices.

Collaborate with regional management, supply chain, and other functions to support store initiatives, campaigns, and peak trading periods.
Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Minimum 2–5 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or store management role preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store performance.

Experience with inventory control, stock replenishment, and basic financial controls.

Legal authorization to work in the designated country and ability to be based in Hafer Albatin as required.
