Job Purpose
Represent the company in Hafer Albatin by driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting products, and supporting store operations to maximize customer satisfaction and store performance.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend products and solutions that meet their requirements.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.

Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively explain features, benefits, and usage to customers.

Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card payments, and complete necessary documentation.

Support merchandising activities including product displays, shelf replenishment, and maintaining visual standards in the store.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and resolve complaints or escalate when necessary.

Participate in stock counts, assist with inventory management, and report discrepancies to store management.

Collaborate with the store team to support promotions, events, and peak trading periods to ensure excellent customer service and operational readiness.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store policies, promotions, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or diploma in business, retail, or related field is a plus.

1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related front-line role preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering strong customer service.

Basic numeracy and comfort handling cash transactions and point-of-sale systems.

Legal authorization to work in the designated country and ability to be based in Hafer Albatin as required.
