Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our Abha branch. This role is responsible for overall store performance, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, managing store operations, developing the team, and maintaining operational and brand standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong retail management experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the store to meet and exceed sales, margin, and customer service targets through effective coaching, merchandising, and operational execution.

Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store team members; set clear performance expectations, conduct regular feedback and performance reviews, and create a positive, customer-focused culture.

Deliver exceptional customer service standards by ensuring the team greets customers, understands needs, provides accurate product information, and resolves issues promptly and professionally.

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation, scheduling, and adherence to company policies and loss-prevention measures.

Oversee stock management: receive and inspect deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, execute stock replenishment, and run regular cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.

Maintain visual merchandising and store standards to ensure displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines and promotional plans.

Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback; prepare and present regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve results and operational efficiency.

Plan and execute local store initiatives, events, and promotions in coordination with regional and corporate teams to drive traffic and conversion.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, company health and safety policies, and all applicable legal requirements while representing the brand professionally.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and local partners to strengthen brand presence and encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.

Minimum 2–4 years of retail management experience, preferably in consumer goods, fashion, electronics, or related sectors.

Proven experience managing store P&L, sales forecasting, and basic financial reporting is preferred.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management practices, and cash handling procedures.

Valid residency and legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia; ability to be based in Abha and commute as required.
