Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson based in Jeddah to join our retail and field sales team. This role will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving individual and store targets, and representing the company professionally in the Jeddah market. The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and experienced in face-to-face selling, merchandising, and basic sales administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and recommending suitable solutions to close sales.

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty; follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked, and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, handle cash and card payments according to company procedures, and assist with daily sales reconciliation.

Participate in promotions, product launches, and in-store events; provide feedback from customers and market observations to store management and the wider team.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and attend training sessions to ensure the ability to communicate features, benefits, and competitive differentiators to customers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety guidelines while representing the brand professionally at all times.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and any follow-up actions required to support reporting and customer service continuity.

Work collaboratively with store colleagues and cross-functional teams to support operational goals and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Minimum 1–2 years of retail or field sales experience, preferably in consumer goods, fashion, electronics, or related sectors.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling procedures.

Valid residency and legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia; ability to commute to or be based in Jeddah.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and professionally engage a diverse customer base.

Confident sales approach with proven ability to close transactions and meet targets.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail for managing inventory, merchandising, and sales documentation.

Basic numeracy and comfort using mobile devices, tablets, or POS terminals for sales and reporting tasks.

Customer-centric mindset, patience, and problem-solving ability to address concerns and escalate issues appropriately.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by store schedules.
