Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Riyadh team. This role is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations to achieve targets. The ideal candidate is results-driven, communicative, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, assess needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and promotions to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.

Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay informed about new arrivals, features, pricing, and promotions to support informed customer interactions.

Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash and electronic payments, and assist with daily cash reconciliation as required.

Support merchandising and visual presentation standards by arranging displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming sales floor.

Participate in inventory counts, receive deliveries, and report discrepancies or shrinkage to management.

Deliver excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and minor complaints professionally; escalate complex issues to the store manager when necessary.

Collaborate with colleagues and managers on promotions, events, and store initiatives to support overall business objectives in Riyadh.

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations to maintain a compliant and respectful workplace.

Record and report sales activity, customer feedback, and operational issues to the store manager as required.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail, or a related field is a plus.

Minimum 1+ year of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.

Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.

Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory replenishment is an advantage.

Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to be based in Riyadh; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required.
Required Skills:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach toward diverse customers.

Effective communication skills in Arabic; working proficiency in English is desirable.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and contribute to store performance.

Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing stock, merchandising, and transaction accuracy.

Ability to work well in a team, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with common retail apps and communication tools.
