Copywriter Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Copywriter Specialist to craft clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy across marketing channels. This role will develop messaging for digital campaigns, website content, email, social media, product descriptions, and internal communications while collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent voice and conversion-focused content. The ideal candidate combines storytelling ability with data-driven optimization, attention to detail, and strong editing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling copy for multi-channel campaigns, including website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, display ads, social media posts, product pages, and paid search creatives.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, marketers, and SEO specialists to develop on-brand messaging and user-focused content that supports campaign objectives and business goals.
Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, correct grammar, and consistent tone of voice across channels; maintain and evolve brand style and guidelines.
Produce and iterate A/B test variations, analyze results, and apply learnings to improve conversion rates, engagement metrics, and content performance.
Optimize copy for SEO best practices in coordination with SEO specialists, including keyword usage, metadata, and on-page content structure.
Support content planning and campaign briefs; estimate timelines and deliverables, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Develop microcopy and UX writing for product interfaces, CTAs, error messages, and onboarding flows that improve usability and reduce friction.
Maintain content repositories, document decisions, and contribute to process improvements for content production and review workflows.
Partner with analytics and marketing teams to report on content performance and recommend optimizations based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in agency or in-house marketing environments supporting digital channels.
Proven portfolio of diverse writing samples demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, brand voice control, and measurable campaign impact.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS), and basic HTML editing.
Proficiency with collaboration and project tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Jira, or equivalents.
Legal right to work in the hiring country.
Required Skills:
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to grammar, tone, and detail.
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and persuasive copy tailored to different audiences and channels.
Data-informed mindset with experience using A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to iterate on messaging and measure impact.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable presenting concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
Time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
Creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking to contribute to campaign strategy and content ideas.
