Job Description
Join Nice one as a Senior Influencers Specialist. In this strategic, cross-functional role you will design and execute influencer and creator partnerships to build brand awareness, drive sales, and strengthen community engagement across key markets. The role focuses on developing influencer strategies, managing long-term creator relationships, coordinating campaigns with marketing and commercial teams, and measuring impact to optimize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an annual influencer and creator strategy aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators and influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others) ensuring audience fit and brand safety.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution including briefing, content review, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.
Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee timely deliverable fulfillment; maintain accurate records of agreements and payments.
Collaborate with product, creative, media, and retail teams to ensure influencer content supports merchandising, promotions, and sales objectives.
Develop creative briefs and provide clear direction to creators while ensuring brand guidelines, messaging, and legal/compliance requirements are met.
Monitor campaign performance and community feedback; analyze metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, CPM, ROI) and deliver actionable insights and reports.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies to cultivate brand advocates and exclusive partnerships.
Stay current on influencer marketing trends, platform features, and competitive activity to recommend innovations and best practices.
Mentor and support junior marketing or influencer team members; contribute to process improvements and scalable workflows.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
experience in influencer or creator marketing, talent management, or digital partnerships, preferably within retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record managing multi-market influencer campaigns and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of social platforms, content formats, measurement tools, and creator monetization models.
Experience negotiating contracts and managing influencer budgets.
Fluency in Arabic is preferred; professional proficiency in English is required.
Required Skills:
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign metrics, reporting dashboards, and Excel or similar tools.
Creative thinking with ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creator-led content and activations.
Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Negotiation skills and commercial acumen to maximize value and ROI from partnerships.
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, matrixed organization and to adapt to changing priorities.
