Key Responsibilities – Assistant Brand Manager Job
- Brand Development: Support the execution of brand strategies to strengthen Niceone’s presence in the home retail market, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Marketing Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and delivery of digital and offline marketing campaigns, helping manage timelines, assets, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Content Management: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure promotional materials, website content, and social media align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Gather and analyze competitor insights, consumer trends, and campaign performance data to support decision-making and brand positioning.
- Event Support: Coordinate logistics for brand activations, partnerships, and industry events, contributing to a positive brand image and audience engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, design, merchandising, and ecommerce to deliver unified brand experiences.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports measuring brand campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications – Assistant Brand Manager Requirements at Niceone
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to convey brand messaging to diverse audiences.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Enthusiastic about collaboration and open to feedback. Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
- Digital Marketing Orientation: Comfortable using social media tools, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Interest in digital retail and ecommerce is a plus.
