Qualifications & Skills – Sales Supervision, Communication, and Performance Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – or equivalent hands-on experience in sales leadership roles.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising sales teams in retail, FMCG, or B2B environments.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, developing talent, and driving commercial results.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to inspire, instruct, and engage team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
- Proficiency with sales reporting tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned area as required.
