Key Responsibilities – Store Operations, Team Leadership & Customer Experience in Madinah
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring effective merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company standards.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and goal-oriented environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, achieve profitability targets, and expand the customer base.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to retail operations in Madinah.
- Oversee cash management, merchandising, stock levels, and store presentation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to coordinate local campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications & Skills – Retail Management, Communication & Leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence and innovation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
