Key Responsibilities – Sales Development, Client Engagement & Market Growth
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, and warehouse) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness in Jeddah and surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Skills – Sales Experience, Communication & Growth Mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG, retail, or B2B sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with the Jeddah market and regional customer needs is a plus.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is desirable.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required within the region.
