Key Responsibilities – Customer Service & Sales Excellence

• Engage customers in-person and online, providing outstanding product knowledge and support to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and close sales to achieve personal and team targets.
• Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.
• Record all sales transactions accurately in the sales system, and follow up on pending leads and customer inquiries.
• Participate in in-store product displays, promotional campaigns, and market outreach activities in Jeddah.
• Gather and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Essential Requirements – Sales, Communication, & Teamwork Skills

• High school diploma or higher; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, or e-commerce environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
