Salla E-commerce Manager
Bring your ecommerce expertise to Nice One as a Salla Ecommerce Manager, responsible for managing and growing our Salla-based storefronts, optimizing customer experience, and driving measurable commercial results. Primary Responsibilities – Run, optimize, and grow Salla storefronts
Key Responsibilities
Salla Store Management (Salla Operations)
Manage and operate the Salla e-commerce store on a daily basis with high efficiency.
Upload and maintain accurate product data, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
Organize store structure by managing categories and collections to ensure smooth navigation and an enhanced user experience.
Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and coupon campaigns to support sales objectives.
Order Management & Operations
Oversee the full order lifecycle from placement to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of operational tasks.
Resolve order-related issues such as delays, cancellations, and returns in a professional manner.
Monitor and manage inventory levels within the system to maintain optimal stock availability.
User Experience Optimization (UX)
Enhance and optimize the storefront interface to improve usability and visual appeal.
Improve product detail pages to provide clear, compelling information that supports purchase decisions.
Analyze and reduce cart abandonment rates by optimizing the customer journey.
Conduct continuous testing and improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills – Practical ecommerce operator with technical fluency
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce storefronts (preferably Salla or similar platforms) with demonstrated impact on sales and conversion metrics.
Strong familiarity with Salla configuration, themes, product management, and extension/integration ecosystems; experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platforms is a plus.
Comfortable with basic technical tasks and coordination: REST APIs, CSV imports/exports, data mappings, and working with developer teams to scope changes.
Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salla analytics, or similar) and SQL or spreadsheet-driven analysis to inform decisions.
Experience with CRO techniques, A/B testing tools, and UX best practices to improve site performance and funnel conversion.
Excellent project management skills: able to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in English; ability to write clear product copy and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and engineering.
