Creative Copywriter
Join Nice One as a Creative Copywriter to craft compelling, on-brand copy across channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape voice and storytelling for campaigns, products, and content. Primary Responsibilities – Create clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy
Write and edit compelling copy for a variety of touchpoints including campaign headlines, long- and short-form web pages, social, video scripts, product messaging, ads, and experiential content that aligns with brand strategy and business goals.
Develop and maintain consistent brand voice and tone guidelines; apply them across owned and paid channels to ensure clarity, personality, and commercial effectiveness.
Collaborate with designers, art directors, strategists, product managers, UX writers, and marketers to translate insights and briefs into integrated creative work that balances craft and performance.
Participate in concept and ideation sessions, contributing original ideas and strategic approaches that elevate creative solutions and storytelling.
Adapt copy for different formats and audience segments, optimizing messaging for channel, platform, and performance objectives while preserving brand integrity.
Support production processes from copy lock to delivery, working with internal teams and external vendors to meet quality, timing, and compliance requirements.
Proofread and QA copy to ensure accuracy, tone consistency, correct grammar, and legal/brand compliance.
Measure and iterate on creative and messaging effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve future copy and campaign outcomes.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative studio culture that encourages constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
Qualifications and Skills – Strong storyteller with commercial sensibility
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of professional copywriting experience in an agency, in-house, or studio environment; experience across digital and social channels preferred.
Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating versatility across formats (campaigns, web, email, scripts, social) with strong storytelling, voice, and clarity.
Ability to turn strategic briefs and customer insight into persuasive, concise copy that drives engagement and supports commercial objectives.
Comfortable working collaboratively with designers, strategists, and product teams; experience briefing and iterating with creative partners.
Familiarity with SEO principles, accessibility best practices, and performance-driven copy techniques for digital channels.
Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation; strong editing and proofreading skills.
Organized and deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple briefs, prioritize work, and meet delivery timelines.
Experience with collaboration and content tools (e.g., Google Workspace, content management systems, version control) is a plus.
