Associate Creative Director

Primary Responsibilities – Lead creative vision and deliver high-quality work
Develop and articulate creative strategy that aligns with brand objectives, business goals, and target audiences across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Lead concept development and creative execution for campaigns, product launches, brand identity, content series, and experiences, ensuring work is on brief, on brand, and commercially effective.
Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, media, and commercial teams to translate insights and briefs into integrated creative solutions that drive engagement and performance.
Manage and mentor a small creative team (designers, copywriters, art directors, freelancers), providing clear direction, feedback, and development opportunities to elevate craft and outcomes.
Oversee production processes from concept through delivery, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet quality, timing, and budget requirements.
Present work and rationales to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for creative integrity and strategic intent.
Establish and maintain creative standards, brand guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across touchpoints and mediums.
Analyze campaign performance and creative metrics, using insights to optimize future work and demonstrate impact on key KPIs.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative studio culture that encourages experimentation, constructive critique, and continuous learning.
Qualifications and Skills – Strategic leader with strong creative craft
Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional experience in creative roles with progressive responsibility; prior experience leading teams or projects preferred.
Demonstrable portfolio of integrated campaigns, brand work, and content that shows strategic thinking, strong storytelling, and excellent visual or verbal craft.
Proven ability to translate business and customer insight into creative work that drives results and builds brand equity.
Skilled in collaborative working practices with experience briefing, directing, and partnering with designers, writers, photographers, animators, and agencies.
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and managing feedback while maintaining creative clarity and momentum.
Familiarity with design and production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools) and an understanding of digital, social, and video production workflows.
Strong project management sensibility: prioritization, timeline management, and budget awareness to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus for regional roles and collaboration.
