Warehouse Inventory Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities – Manage inventory and ensure efficient warehouse operations
Supervise daily inventory activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to maintain accurate stock flow.
Oversee cycle counts, regular stock audits, and full inventory reconciliations; identify and investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or company ERP, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to forecast stock needs, manage reorder points, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational demands while promoting safe work practices and productivity standards.
Implement and improve inventory processes, standard operating procedures, and layout optimization to increase efficiency and reduce handling errors.
Monitor inventory metrics (accuracy, shrinkage, turnover, fill rate) and prepare regular reports for management with recommended improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications and Skills – Strong operational knowledge and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a supervisory role preferred; motivated candidates with relevant skills are welcome.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and standard office applications for reporting and record keeping.
Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze inventory data to identify trends and issues.
Good communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of safe material handling, forklift operations, and stock storage best practices; relevant certifications are advantageous.
