Senior Influencers Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Influencers Specialist to lead influencer marketing initiatives, build authentic creator partnerships, and drive measurable impact across brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a mix of creative relationship-building, campaign strategy, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to scale influencer programs that align with company objectives and brand voice.
Core Accountabilities:
Strategy & Program Development:
Design and own influencer marketing strategy aligned to brand, product, and growth goals across top-funnel and performance-driven campaigns.
Develop scalable program frameworks for creator discovery, onboarding, compensation models, and long-term ambassador relationships.
Set clear KPIs, success metrics, and reporting cadence to measure ROI and inform future investment decisions.
Creator Relationships & Campaign Execution:
Identify and recruit creators who authentically represent the brand across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels).
Negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with disclosure and brand guidelines while maintaining positive partner experiences.
Collaborate with creators and internal creative teams to develop authentic, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; analyze reach, engagement, conversion, and cost metrics to optimize live campaigns.
Run A/B and creative tests with creators to refine messaging, formats, and pacing for improved outcomes.
Prepare actionable insights and regular reports for marketing leadership, highlighting performance, learnings, and recommended investments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Brand Safeguards:
Work closely with brand, content, product, legal, and paid media teams to align influencer activities with integrated marketing plans and product launches.
Implement processes and guidelines to protect brand reputation, ensure consistent messaging, and maintain regulatory compliance across markets.
Train internal stakeholders and agency partners on influencer best practices and program standards.
Budgeting, Vendor & Tool Management:
Manage influencer program budgets, allocate spend across channels, and track financial performance against targets.
Oversee relationships with influencer platforms, agencies, and talent managers; evaluate tools and partners to scale operations efficiently.
Ensure accurate contract documentation, payment processing, and campaign reconciliation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, with a track record of leading end-to-end campaigns and scaling programs.
Demonstrated experience working with creators across multiple platforms and familiarity with platform-specific content formats and trends.
Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets, with an understanding of typical compensation models (e.g., flat fee, performance, product-for-post, affiliate).
Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable optimizations and strategic recommendations.
