Influencer Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and performance-focused Influencer Manager to join our marketing team. This role will own influencer partnerships, manage affiliate relations where applicable, coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, and deliver actionable reporting to drive brand awareness and measurable results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at creator and partner relationship management, and experienced with social media, creator collaboration workflows, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, talent agencies, and affiliate partners across relevant platforms to support marketing initiatives and product launches.

Manage the full lifecycle of influencer and affiliate campaigns including outreach, briefing, negotiation and contract coordination, content approval, scheduling, and delivery tracking.

Lead creator onboarding and enablement: provide platform or program training, tracking guidelines, creative briefs, and promotional assets to ensure compliance and optimal campaign performance.

Monitor campaign and partner performance using tracking systems and analytics tools; prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Coordinate commission calculations, payment processing, and reconciliations; ensure incentives and payments are issued on time in accordance with company procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, legal, e‑commerce, and product) to align influencer content with brand guidelines, product availability, and promotional calendars.

Ensure all influencer and affiliate content adheres to local advertising regulations, platform policies, and disclosure requirements.

Maintain organized records of partners, contracts, campaign assets, and performance metrics; keep accurate logs to support audits and reporting needs.

Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, creative formats, and incentive structures to improve ROI and extend reach to target audiences.

Serve as a professional point of contact for external partners, responding promptly to inquiries or issues to nurture strong, long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, or related digital marketing roles.

Experience with affiliate platforms (for example, Impact, ShareASale, Commission Factory) and influencer management platforms or CRMs is preferred.

Working knowledge of social media channels, creator content formats, and key performance metrics; familiarity with UTM tracking and basic analytics tools.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to negotiate and coordinate professionally with creators, agencies, and partners.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, contracts, deliverables, and deadlines concurrently.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and present clear, actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.

Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and common marketing platforms; comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly.

Collaborative team player who can work effectively across functions and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
