Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator to join our marketing team . This role will manage influencer relationships, coordinate affiliate partnerships, support campaign execution and reporting, and help grow brand awareness through performance-driven collaborations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with creators and partners, and knowledgeable about social media and affiliate marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners across relevant platforms to support brand campaigns and product launches.
Manage the end-to-end influencer and affiliate campaign process including outreach, briefing, contract coordination, content approval, and delivery tracking.
Onboard new affiliates and creators to the program, provide platform training, tracking guidelines, and promotional assets to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Monitor campaign performance and affiliate activity using tracking tools and analytics; prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for the marketing team.
Coordinate payment processing, commission reconciliations, and timely fulfillment of agreed incentives in line with company procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, legal, and e-commerce) to align influencer content with brand guidelines, product availability, and promotional calendars.
Ensure all influencer and affiliate content complies with local advertising regulations, platform policies, and disclosure requirements.
Maintain an organized database of partners, contracts, campaign assets, and performance records; keep accurate logs for audits and reporting.
Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities and testing creative formats or incentives to improve ROI and reach target audiences.
Represent the company professionally in communications with external partners and respond promptly to inquiries or issues to maintain strong working relationships.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, or digital marketing roles.
Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, Commission Factory) and social media influencer platforms or CRMs is preferred.
Working knowledge of social media channels, content formats, and measurement metrics; familiarity with UTM tracking and basic analytics tools.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to negotiate and coordinate with external partners professionally.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and present clear recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and common marketing platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
