Influencers Specialist
Job Description
Join Nice one as an Influencers Specialist. In this cross-functional role you will create and execute influencer and creator programs that raise brand awareness, drive commercial results, and deepen community engagement across priority markets. The role focuses on sourcing and nurturing creator relationships, coordinating campaigns with marketing and commercial teams, ensuring brand safety and compliance, and measuring performance to optimize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support development and execution of influencer and creator strategies that align with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal plans.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators and influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others), ensuring audience fit and brand safety.
Manage end-to-end campaign activities including briefing, content review, scheduling, publishing support, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate contracts, fees, and deliverables with creators and agencies; assist in budget tracking and maintain accurate records of agreements and payments.
Work closely with product, creative, media, and retail teams to ensure creator content supports merchandising, promotions, and sales objectives.
Create clear creative briefs and provide guidance to creators while ensuring brand guidelines, messaging, and legal/compliance requirements are followed.
Monitor campaign performance and community feedback; compile metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, CPM, ROI) and prepare actionable reports and recommendations.
Develop and maintain relationships with creators and talent partners to build long-term advocacy and partnership opportunities.
Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, platform features, and competitor activity to recommend improvements and best practices.
Support process improvements and contribute to scalable workflows for influencer operations; mentor and support junior team members when required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in influencer or creator marketing, talent management, or digital partnerships, preferably within retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
Demonstrated experience supporting multi-market influencer campaigns and contributing to measurable business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of social platforms, content formats, measurement tools, and creator monetization models.
Familiarity with contract negotiation and influencer budget management.
Professional proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is preferred.
Required Skills:
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign metrics, reporting dashboards, and Excel or similar tools.
Creative thinking with the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creator-led content and activations.
Project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to maximize partnership value and ROI.
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, matrixed organization and adapt to changing priorities.
