Key Responsibilities – Project Coordinator Role in Tamheer Program
- Coordinate and support multiple projects from initiation to completion, working closely with project managers and department leads.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues impacting milestones.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
- Prepare project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and presentations for internal and external use.

- Saudi national, eligible for the Tamheer Program in accordance with Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management software is a plus.
