Senior Branding Designer
Job Summary:
The Senior Branding Designer will be responsible for managing and developing the company’s brands from inception to completion. This includes creating and building full visual identities, designing packaging, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms. The role requires a creative leader with a strong strategic vision, capable of translating brand values into compelling designs that resonate with target audiences and enhance the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end creation of brand identities, from concept development to final implementation.
Design and develop packaging that reflects each brand’s personality and positioning.
Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to integrate branding into campaigns, products, and communications.
Oversee creative execution to meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and brand alignment.
Conduct market and trend research to inspire fresh, relevant, and competitive brand designs.
Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising creativity.
Mentor junior designers and coordinate with external agencies to maintain brand integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in branding, identity creation, and packaging design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating the creation of brand identities and packaging from the ground up.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
