Key Responsibilities – Procurement Specialist Role at Niceone
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, sustainability, and reliability to ensure optimal business outcomes.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and service levels, drafting and managing supplier contracts in line with company standards and compliance requirements.
- Purchase Order Management: Process, track, and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with inventory needs.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with vendors and business partners, acting as Niceone’s primary point of contact.
- Risk and Cost Management: Analyze procurement risks, seek cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce expenses across supply chains.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams including operations, warehouse, merchandising, and finance to guarantee product availability, workflow efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
