Key Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, confirm, and follow up on interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a timely and seamless process.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Assist with drafting and publishing job ads on various channels, and support initial resume screening as needed.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and a positive experience.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to prepare new hire documents and coordinate orientation activities.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Help maintain a database of potential future talent for key roles across Niceone.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and help implement best practices for recruitment processes to drive efficiency and a strong employer brand.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports and maintain accurate records to support team decision-making and compliance.
Key Skills and Qualifications – Entry-Level HR & Recruitment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Participation in the Tamheer Program is required.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical Ability: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Professionalism & Discretion: Dedicated to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
