Brand Manager
Niceone is looking for a results-driven and visionary professional to lead the development and implementation of the brand strategy for our perfume line in the Saudi and regional markets. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the fragrance industry, with a strategic mindset and strong leadership abilities. As part of our marketing and commercial team, you will be fully responsible for brand positioning, marketing activities, sales alignment, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities – Brand Management (Perfume)
- Develop and implement the brand strategy to enhance the market position of our perfumes in Saudi Arabia and the region.
- Manage all marketing and branding activities, including advertising campaigns, digital promotions, and social media engagement.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative marketing plans.
- Oversee the design and execution of advertising campaigns to ensure target objectives are met.
- Monitor and manage branch performance to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Create clear sales plans and ensure their implementation to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Build and strengthen strong relationships with customers and business partners to ensure customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Manage marketing and sales budgets and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Develop training plans for branch employees to ensure high service quality and achievement of sales goals.
- Support recruitment efforts by selecting top talent, with a solid understanding of the perfume market.
- Prepare professional presentations and visual materials to showcase brand strategies and objectives.
- Monitor brand performance and analyze data to make informed strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with design and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand’s identity.
- Develop strategies to expand market share and increase brand awareness.
- Stay updated with market and technology trends to continuously refine brand strategies.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop strategies to boost sales, maintain healthy profit margins, and achieve financial targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, ideally in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or luxury sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the perfume industry and consumer behavior in the regional market.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to guide decision-making.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to lead creative campaigns and product innovations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
