Main Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Tamheer Program

• Recruitment Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing recruitment calendars to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Candidate Sourcing: Support sourcing activities using online platforms, databases, and social media to identify qualified talent for current and future roles.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and help generate regular recruitment status reports.
• Job Posting & Employer Branding: Draft, post, and refresh job advertisements on career sites and social media channels, ensuring consistent and appealing employer branding.
• Screening Support: Conduct initial screenings (phone or email) and help assess candidate qualifications against open positions under supervision from senior recruiters.
• Onboarding Assistance: Collaborate with the HR team to support new hire onboarding, including preparing documentation and facilitating a positive first impression.
• HR Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support for the talent acquisition team, such as organizing files, maintaining recruitment data, and coordinating meetings.
