Main Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Tamheer Program
- Recruitment Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing recruitment calendars to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Candidate Sourcing: Support sourcing activities using online platforms, databases, and social media to identify qualified talent for current and future roles.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and help generate regular recruitment status reports.
- Job Posting & Employer Branding: Draft, post, and refresh job advertisements on career sites and social media channels, ensuring consistent and appealing employer branding.
- Screening Support: Conduct initial screenings (phone or email) and help assess candidate qualifications against open positions under supervision from senior recruiters.
- Onboarding Assistance: Collaborate with the HR team to support new hire onboarding, including preparing documentation and facilitating a positive first impression.
- HR Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support for the talent acquisition team, such as organizing files, maintaining recruitment data, and coordinating meetings.
Key Skills and Qualifications for Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Tamheer Program
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple priorities efficiently.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and an aptitude to quickly learn HR or recruitment software systems.

Tamheer Program Eligibility Criteria
- Saudi nationality.
- Recent graduate or job seeker with less than six months of previous work experience.
- Registered in the Tamheer Program through the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- No prior participation in the Tamheer Program.
