This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Role Responsibilities

• Candidate Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups, ensuring efficient communication between candidates and recruiting teams.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
• External Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback at different stages of the recruitment process.
• Support Recruitment Events: Assist in the organization and execution of career fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer branding.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS tools is preferred.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in dynamic environments with a keen interest in learning and developing new skills.
