Niceone is seeking a professional and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Category Manager specializing in Care, including personal care, hair care, and care devices. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to manage the development of these categories and enhance their market presence. Responsibilities and Category Management:

• Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability across Care categories, aligned with market trends and customer needs.

• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimize the product assortment in categories such as personal care, hair care, and care devices.

• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate better terms, enhance product offerings, and ensure quality standards.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out, ensuring timely launches and discontinuation of products.
