The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations while contributing to the smooth execution of project-related tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Handle office tasks such as managing calendars, organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.

Meeting Management: Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and following up on assigned tasks.

Task Monitoring: Track ongoing tasks and support in ensuring deadlines are met and work is progressing according to plan.
Basic Project Assistance: Contribute to project tracking efforts by updating status reports and assisting with timeline coordination under supervision.
Communication: Support written and verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adjust to dynamic tasks and workflows.

Recent Graduate: The applicant must be a recent graduate and eligible to join the Tamheer Program.
