Key Responsibilities in Organizational Development and Change Management
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement organization-wide development strategies that align with business goals.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives, including communication and training strategies, to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes.
- Talent & Performance Development: Develop and oversee performance management frameworks and employee development programs that support career growth, enhance skills, and build leadership capabilities.
- Learning & Development: Design and implement comprehensive learning programs, including leadership development, e-learning platforms, and training initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
- Cultural Transformation: Advocate and implement actions to foster a positive organizational culture, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Organizational Design (OD): Manage and maintain organizational development frameworks including organizational structures/charts, job descriptions, and job evaluations to support business needs.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees to ensure a strong pipeline for critical roles and future leadership needs.
- Training Programs: Facilitate and deliver training sessions that promote continuous learning and organizational improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in senior organizational development, performance management, or change management role.
- Professional certification such as ODCP, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools is beneficial.
