We are excited to offer an opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our Talent Acquisition Tamheer Program. This program is designed to provide practical on-the-job training and valuable insights into the talent acquisition process within a dynamic organizational setting. Participants will gain hands-on experience in a variety of recruitment activities, supporting our mission of sourcing and selecting top talent.
Key Responsibilities in Talent Acquisition Training
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Candidate Screening: Participate in reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings to identify strong candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and manage interview schedules, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing our employer branding efforts by supporting various recruitment marketing activities.
Essential Skills and Competencies for Talent Acquisition Trainees
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and candidate interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new recruitment tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A keen interest in developing a career in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools is advantageous.
- Prior experience through internships or volunteer work is beneficial but not mandatory.
