Job Description:
Our company is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing & Visual Designer. This role is essential in developing striking visual content and innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience across multiple platforms. Additionally, it involves designing retail storefronts, in-store advertisements, and promotional booths.
Key Responsibilities in Marketing & Design
Visual Content Development
Create compelling visuals and design elements for digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, and promotional assets.
Brand Development
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Marketing Strategy Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Market Trend Research
Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate fresh design approaches to keep the brand competitive.
User Experience Design (UX/UI)
Collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience through intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Retail Storefront & In-Store Advertising Design
Design retail storefronts in alignment with brand identity and marketing
objectives.
Develop eye-catching in-store advertisements to enhance customer experience and attract attention.
Create promotional booth designs for events and trade shows.
Essential Skills & Competencies
Creative Vision
Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for aesthetic appeal in visual design.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Communication Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams and present ideas clearly.
Project Management
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
SEO Optimization
Understanding of SEO principles to optimize digital content for search engines.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
