Commercial Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial Coordinator. This role is crucial in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, and contributing to the overall success of our commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities in Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate procurement activities within the Distribution Center, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Liaise between the DC, procurement team, and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or product quality.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting demand to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Oversee the accurate recording of inventory movements and coordinate regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in procurement or inventory management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) are a plus.
- Previous experience in a commercial or sales coordination role.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and market research techniques.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
