Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Hail. The successful candidate will engage with customers in-store, drive sales of our product range, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to achieving branch targets. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, basic product knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers, assess their needs, provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales Execution: Proactively promote products and current promotions, work to meet individual and store sales targets, and close sales using effective questioning and upselling techniques.

Merchandising & Store Standards: Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.

Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to advise customers confidently.

Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, process transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Customer Service & Aftercare: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support new team members as needed.

Loss Prevention & Compliance: Adhere to cash-handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to protect assets and maintain a safe environment.

Reporting: Provide regular feedback to store management on customer trends, inventory needs, and sales performance.
Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English; able to engage customers clearly and professionally.

Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering friendly, responsive service and building customer relationships.

Numeracy & Accuracy: Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions with attention to detail.

Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock as required, and perform routine store tasks.

Teamwork & Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities in a retail environment.

Legal Eligibility: Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
